These Terms of Service govern your enrollment in Second Act's programs.

Service description

Second Act Sprint is a live 2-week online cohort program. Includes 8 live sessions, curriculum materials, AI agent templates, alumni community access, and 2 post-program office hours sessions within 90 days.

Payment terms

Tuition is paid in full at the time of enrollment through our enrollment platform. Promo codes apply at checkout.

Refund terms

Refunds are governed by our Second Act in 2 Weeks Guarantee. Attend all 8 live sessions, complete the exercises, and if you don't end up with the three promised outcomes, email hello@secondactshift.com within 48 hours of the final session for a full refund.

Conduct

Participants agree to attend live sessions, complete exercises in good faith, respect the confidentiality of other participants, and conduct themselves with professionalism in the community.

Intellectual property

Your work product is yours. Our curriculum, templates, and methodology are ours. AI agents you build are yours to keep and use freely.

Confidentiality

What's shared in cohort sessions stays in the cohort. Personal stories from other participants are not to be shared externally without permission.
